Three (3) Ninth Plate Daguerreotypes in Union Cases

Three sharp and clear ninth plate daguerreotypes in two beautiful Union Cases. One is of a brother and sister. Double mounted. The girl is on the right, holding a doll, the boy on the left with a small book. They are in oval mattes, and the case is by Critchlow, brown, with a church window design on the outside. The second image is of a seated woman, with a scene behind of a river. She is wearing black, and is displaying a wedding ring, and has a chatelaine at her waist. The case is a black Union case by Littlefield and Parsons, with sunflowers on the outside.

Dimensions: The cases are ninth plate, 3 inches tall by 2 ½ inches
