Two Western Cutlery W49 bowie knives, along with two nearly identical foreign made copies, all in leather sheaths. A less common variant of the W49 knife, with Western U.S.A. and W49 stamped on the underside of the brass guard, The knife has the original owner's name "E. Butler," faintly scratched into the blade. It is in a brown leather sheath. Size: 14 1/2 inches long with a 9 1/4 inch blade. W49 bowie knife marked Western U.S.A. W49 and E. The knife is in a two color leather sheath. Size: 14 1/2 inches long with a 9 1/4 inch blade. Copy of a Western Cutlery bowie stamped U.S.A. in a black leather sheath with "Bowie" tooled on the sheath. Size:14 1/4 inches long with a 9 1/4 inch blade. Interesting W49 style bowie knife with serpentine blade, unmarked, in a brown leather sheath. Size: 16 inches long with a 10 3/4 inch blade. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $35.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.

The first knife is about excellent. The second knife has a stained blade, and the marks are blurry. The third knife is good, and the serpentine knife is very good, with minor rust. The serpentine knife's safety strap does not fit.
