Three Large Solingen Knives in Sheaths

A very large and attractive Solingen made bowie knife by F. Herder Abr. Sohn, Solingen, with a wide brass guard & pommel, and interesting three piece stag grip. The blade is very long, with two narrow fullers, in a tan leather sheath. Size: 17 3/8 inches long, with a 12 1/4 inch blade. Very fine and handsome Hoffritz, Solingen, Germany bowie knife and sheath. It has "Original Bowie Knife" etched on the blade, a nicely shaped brass guard, aluminum pommel with a pebbled top, stag grips, and a tan leather sheath. Size: 12 1/4 inches long with a 7 1/4 inch blade. A very long Solingen bowie knife with small brass guard, stag grip, polished aluminum pommel, and long blade with a single fuller on each side, clipped point, and Lee E. Olsen Knife Co. Solingen, Germany stamped on the ricasso, and Solingen on the other side. The knife has an over0sized stag grip, and is in a brown leather sheath. Size: 18 inches long overall, with a 12 1/2 inch blade. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $35.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Discounts given on combined lot shipping.

Condition:

The first knife is excellent plus, and nearly mint. The second knife is excellent except for the point of the blade which appears to have been risted and then cleaned. The third knife shows wear and use. The knife itself is very good plus. The sheath is stained, and the safety strap is broken.
