Three (3) Daguerreotypes of Well-Dressed Women

Three sixth plate daguerreotypes on women dressed very fashionably from the 1840s and 1850s. One is a middle-aged woman in a floral print gown and bonnet, holding a small book and a sheaf of papers. The second is of a younger woman in a print dress with lace trim, and a tie that has been colored red. The third is a woman probably from the 1840s in a pleated front dress of sateen and a crossed white jabot at her throat. All three images are in half leather cases.

Dimensions: Sixth plate images, 3 5/8 tall by 3 1/8 inches wide.

Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $30.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Discounts given on combined lot shipping.

Condition:All three images are very clear and sharp. The half cases all show wear, but have nice mattes and keepers.
