Provenance:Goetz collection Fair Oaks California. Acquired from Major Miles 5/28/55.
Condition:
The Starr revolver functions well, but has a black patina overall. There are areas of heavy pitting on the barrel and frame. The grips are very good, and the markings are clear. The butt stock is modern, and has number of minor usage dents. It is not clear how it detaches from an otherwise completely original pistol. The pistol's action is very good. There is a hole in the butt for a lanyard ring.
