Reproduction 1803 Harpers Ferry Flintlock Pistol

A Centennial Arms Belgian made reproduction of the Harpers Ferry 1803 flintlock pistol, considered to be the handsomest martial flint pistol ever made. This one has a brilliant case hardened lock, bright steel barrel, brass mounts, and handsome wood with a half stock. The lock has a spread-winged American eagle over US, and Harpers Ferry stamped on the rear of the lock. The barrel has an oval Belgian proof, and “Made in Belgium” stamped on the side of the barrel. The under barrel rib is loose, but is held on by the brass tipped wooden ramrod. Dimensions: 17 inches long overall, with 10 inch barrel. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $40.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.

Condition:

The under barrel rib is loose, and needs to be soldered back in place. Rust has developed between the barrel and the rib. Other than that the gun is excellent, with a crisp, tight flintlock action. Witherell's strives to provide as much information and photographs as possible but encourages in-person inspection by bidders.
