Colt Pocket Model 1849 Cartridge Conversion Revolver

A less common Colt Pocket Model 1849 revolver with Colt factory conversion to .38 caliber cartridge. It is serial number 301270, manufactured in 1868, so was probably originally made in this way. It is nickel plated with walnut grips and all matching serial numbers and the original Stagecoach scene clearly visible on the 5 shot cylinder. Size: 9 1/4 inches long overall with a 3 3/8 inch barrel. Shipping: $35.00.

Condition:

The nickel finish is worn and flaked overall, but the metal underneath is very good and the grips are very good. The action is tight and crisp.
