2 Double Mounted Silhouettes of a Family of Four

Two framed silhouettes of couples: an older couple dating from the late 1700's, and a younger couple circa 1810. The older couple are a man in his sixties, with clubbed hair, and a woman of similar age in a tall bonnet, facing each other. They are in a gilt wood frame.The younger couple who are in a matching frame, are in their twenties. The young man also has clubbed hair. The young woman is wearing a close bonnet. They are also facing one another. Both pairs are in matching frames, and the silhouettes are in ovals, surrounded by black. Both have what appear to be their original wooden backings. Size: each frame is 5 1/2 by 7 1/2 inches, and 3/4 inches in depth. Provenance: Estate of General Joseph McNarney. Processing and shipping in the Continental United States is $30.00 plus 1.5 % replacement cost insurance.

Condition:

The older couple's images have some slight marking on the surrounds of the silhouettes. Generally, both frames are very good plus.
