Posters like these were made to help promote scrap drives on the home front. There isn't data on how effective the drives actually were but it did improve civilian moral since it made them fell helpful. Great art of a flaming nazi bomber done by Steve Broder [1906-1992] signed lower right. Poster issued in 1942.
