Condition:Incredible Condition. Off White to White pages. Retains full gloss to front and back covers. No color breaks that I can find (Always possible that there could be one or two that I am missing) a couple thumb marks on cover. As is sits it looks like a 8.5-9.2. With a press it could grade higher
