An International Flare Signal Company flare signal with brass frame and blued steel barrel and original lanyard on the butt, dated February, 1943.

Condition:
Fairly good. The signal's main spring is broken, so it does not function. The grip is heavily oxidized. The barrel is very good on the outside. Please see photos.
