W.R. Case Battleship Row Commemorative Engraved Bowie Knife
Superb W.R. Case Pearl Harbor 6oth Anniversary Battleship Row Commemorative bowie knife in its glass fronted wooden case. The knife is in its fitted, velvet lined case, and has small portraits and the names of all of the Pearl Harbow Battleships engraved in gold on the blade, with a line of Japanese Torpedo planes above them, and the inscription, "60th Anniversary, Pearl Harbor, Dec.7, 1941 - Dec. 7, 2001, "A Day That Will Live In Infamy." all in gold, over "Battleship Row." It is also stamped CASE XX U.S.A. BOWIE, and number 008.The knife has a gilt brass guard, white micarta grips, and a bronze Case XX Genuine Collectable medallion set in the case. The glass in the case is also engraved with "60th Anniversary Commemorative," and the dates December 7, 1941 and December 7, 2001, all set off with gold. Size: The knife itself is 14 1/4 inches long with a 9 1/2 inch blade. The case is 6 3/4 by 16 1/2 by 2 inches.
