Winchester Model 1873 Rifle in .44 W.C.F Caliber

A very nice 1873 Winchester Rifle in caliber .44-40, with octagonal barrel, serial number 337592B, made in 1889. It has a straight stock, retains its dust cover, and has extensive traces of finish on the receiver and barrel. Size: 43 inches long overall with a 23 1/2 inch barrel. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $65.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Discounts given on combined lot shipping.

Condition:

Very good condition with traces of original blue, and a good action, although the hammer does not stay cocked when the lever is racked. It does cock by hand, though. The bore is very good, with very strong rifling, although there is some light pitting as well.
