Two Meissen Figurines

A pair of pastoral style Meissen figures, one of a farmer leaning on his shovel, wearing an extremely elaborate costume, purple breeches and yellow frock coat. The woman is holding a basket of flowers, wearing an elaborate dress and bonnet, standing next to a floral painted vase. Both figures bear the Meissen crossed sabers mark on their bases. Size: each figurine is 7 1/2 inches tall. Provenance: Estate of General Joseph McNarney. Processing and shipping in the Continental United States is $30.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.

Condition:

Both figures are essentially excellent, but each figure is missing a small item held in one hand. The male figure appears to be missing a posey of flowers, while the female figure has something in her hand with a brown handle, possibly a sickle.
