Two Large Decorative Pottery Umbrella Stands One Asian, the other Smithsonian

Two large vases, apparently intended to serve as umbrella stand. One is Asian, green, and on a wooden stand. It is beautifully decorated with cherry branches and blossoms and small birds. Size: 26 tall by 10 1/2 across, not including the stand, which adds another 8 inches to its height. The second stand/ vase is marked with the seal of the Smithsonian Institution on the base. It is in the shape of a pineapple. It was made in Italy. It also has a wooden stand that could add another 2 inches to its height. It is a copy of a piece from a famous Hawaiian tavern. Size: The vase alone is 24 inches tall and 9 inches across.

Condition:

The green vase is has a large repaired crack running from the upper rim down the side, with black tape on the bottom to stabilize it. The Smithsonian vase is excellent.
