Two Case XX Bowie Knives & Sheaths, Resembling W49 Bowies

Two excellent condition Case XX bowie knives, both with brass guards, black plastic grips, and with USA, 1836, and portraits of frontiersman resembling Davy Crockett engraved on their blades. One is in a brown leather sheath with a basket weave pattern on it, and the other is in a black basket weave pattern sheath. The knives are identical is size and style, but the one in the black sheath has a brass blade catcher on the back of the blade, while the one in the brown sheath does not. Size: each is 14 inches long overall, with a 9 1/4 inch blade. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $30.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Discounts given on combined lot shipping.

The knife in the brown leather sheath is very good plus to excellent. It may have had a brass blade catcher on the back of the blade, but if so, it is now missing. The knife in the black leather sheath is about mint.
