Two Case XX bowie knives and sheaths, one the 1836 model with two narrow fullers down the blade, a portrait of a frontiersman etched on the blade, without the brass blade catcher.The grip is black plastic, and it has a brass guard. In a black leather basket weave patterned sheath. Size: 14 1/4 inches long with a 9 1/2 inch blade. Case XX bowie knife and sheath, the blade stamped Case XX USA 1836, but without the fullers usually seen on the 1836 knives. Black plastic grip, brass guard, black leather sheath. Size: 14 1/4 inches long with a 9 1/2 inch blade. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $30.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Discounts given on combined lot shipping.

Condition:

The first knife is missing its brass blade catcher on the back of the blade. It has been sharpened, and the blade has some spots on it. The guard has verdigris on it.

The second knife is excellent, with a bright, clean blade.
