Condition:Fair/Good. ‘Hunting for gold’ is rebacked . ‘Southern California’ is in good condition: Text block intact, binding is strong and the book reads confidently, one abrasion on the bottom of the spine (This is the area where a library label could have been, but there is absolutely no evidence whatsoever inside the book that this book is ex-library). ‘The days of the 49ers’ is in fair condition. It has loss to the top of the spine. The hinges are split, and the rear hinge is fully split with the back board and spine cover hanging loose.
