Theater (Bowie) Knife with British Sheath

A large theater made knife, probably from WWII, with an aluminum grip, very large blade, and leather sheath with British markings of a broad arrow and the date 1944 on the leather frog. The knife has a thick blade that is a cross between a bowie knife and a bolo. There are no marks on the blade. There is welding at the ricasso to attach the cross guard, which appears to have been made from a separate piece of steel (17.25-inches overall out of the sheath, with a 13-inch blade - In the sheath it is 20.25-inches long). Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $45.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Discounts given on combined lot shipping.
