Sterling Silver Framed Photos of General & Mrs. McNarney, circa 1917

Two framed photos of General & Mrs. McNarney in about 1917, soon after McNarney's graduation from West Point.General McNarney is pictured in his full-dress uniform of a 2nd Lieutenant of Infantry, while Mrs. McNarney is pictured wearing a white dress. Her photo is signed "Jacobs." These could be from the day of their wedding in 1915. Both photos are handsomely framed in sterling silver frames. Mrs. McNarney's photo is in a rectangular sterling frame with three hallmarks, Sterling, and a serial number. B4113, General McNarney's photo is in an oval frame with his initials "JTMcN" engraved at the top. It is also marked Sterling, and serial number 2092. Size: The rectangular framed portrait of Mrs. McNarney is 6 1/8 by 4 3/8 by 1/2 inches. General McNarney's portrait is 6 by4 5/8 by 3/8 inches. Weight 11.80 ounces/10.75 ounces troy gross, including photos and glass. Provenance: Estate of General Joseph McNarney. Processing and shipping in the Continental United States is $30.00 plus 1.5% replacement coat insurance.
