Sewage Treatment Inventor Thomas J. Belfranci Photo and Document Archive

In the 1910s, Thomas J. Belfranci was a pioneer of sewage treatment technology. He was the first contractor in Orville, CA and invented the very first outdoor plumbing system. His wife was was a mystic and reader who performed séances in the era. She was personal friends with Sarah Winchester. This plumbing system was installed in the Winchester mansion. The archive has large photos, original patents, and several printing plates from his career.
