Russian 84 (.875 Silver) Podstakannik Repousse Glass Holder. Marked ‘84’ for Russian 875/1000 purity silver on the side of the cup adjacent to a Cyrillic Russia makers mark. Also hallmarked on base. Monogrammed, inscribed, and ‘1930’ etched on cup’s side face. Repousse floral decor across the cup.
