Custom made bowie knife by Rigid Company. Rigid was an American company operating out of Santee, California, and made a variety of knives, well-known for their quality. This is a bowie style knife with hollow ground blade marked "RIGID CUSTOM 0975." It has a brass guard and pommel, and finger grooved hardwood grips, possibly of cocobolo, with two brass rivets. It is in a heavy black leather sheath .with a large "R" stamped into the throat (17.25-inches long, with a 10.5-inch long blade that is 4.5-inches wide). Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $30.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Discounts given on combined lot shipping.
