Incredibly rare and unusually put together book on the resources of El Dorado County. Illustrated and with some fantastic advertisements from local merchants of the time.

Condition:Fair. The primary book looks to have never had a cover. The Folding binder with pouch acts as the books cover, a very unique way of publishing. As for the stapled book, the front and back pages are present but separated.
