Percussion Rifle Plains Style Rifle with W.M. Large Barrel

Exceptional percussion Plains style rifle with double set triggers, pewter inlays, carved cheek rest, and heavy octagonal barrel in .52 caliber. The barrel is marked W. M. Large, who was the most noted maker of black powder barrels in the 1950s and '60's, so although it looks exactly like a period rifle, it is superbly modern made. Size: 49 inches long overall, with a 32 inch barrel. There are additional screws on the barrel tang for mounting an additional sight. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $65.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Discounts given on combined lot shipping.

Condition:

Excellent condition overall, with some minor storage marks on the stock. The bore is excellent, with very deep rifling.
