Depicting a glorified image of Admiral Dewey’s defeat of the Spanish Armada that solidified U.S. influence in the Western Atlantic for years to come. A blend of factual and propaganda that paved the way for the well known WWI propaganda posters.

Condition:ORIGINAL 1898 Color Lithograph. Retains nearly glossy front texture and bright original colors. Bottom edge is trimmed. Untrimmed this lithograph has another 3-4mm underneath the Copyright and battle information on the bottom edge. Verso has light toning.
