North American Indians. George Catlin. 1926 Vol I and II. FINE.

Often described as the most desirable Catlin set. Though not as rare as the 19th Century sets of the same name, this 1926 edition is generally considered the most prized set due to its full color illustrations. Includes original inventory description from the Argonaut bookshop in San Francisco as well as the original sales receipt of $2250.

Processing and shipping within the Continental US $35 plus a 1.5% replacement cost insurance fee. Discounts given on combined lot shipping.

Condition:Fine (As described in the condition report letter from the Argonaut Book Shop in San Francisco). Please take the time to view this letter in the listing pictures that I have included. I agree with this condition assessment at the present time. An absolutely beautiful set.
