Condition:Coin slot mechanism and vending mechanism work when penny is inserted and lever completely turned. Rust and paint loss on the base. Paper loss to the label inside the glass. Scratches and wear to the red paint. There is a key inserted in the front lock but it is well worn and does not open the lock.
