Marble's Safety Hatchet "Pocket Axe" No. 3

Extremely nice and scarce Marble's Safety Hatchet No. 3 with built-in guard for the hatchet blade. The letal guard folds down into the grip when it is not needed. The axe is all steel, with a hard rubber or plastic handle with "Marble's" molded into it. The axe head has "Marble's Gladstone Mich. U.S.A." stamped into it at the blunt end. Size: 11 3/4 inches long. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $30.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Discounts given on combined lot shipping.

Very good condition, and working about perfectly. The markings on the axe head are rubbed, and rather faint, but readable. The axe has been heavily cleaned at some point in the past.
