Kriegsmarine (navy) Destroyer Badge, unmarked. The badge was instituted on 4 June 1940. Awarded to the crews of destroyers, additionaly it was awarded to s-boat crews before they got their own badge. Qualifications to get it were; being wounded in action, ship sunk in action, Participation in three enemy engagements or at least in 12 non-enemy sorties or outstanding performance or other heroic deeds in a single action.

Condition:
Gold and silver wash largely intact, silver quite evenly darkened.
