Jon Mehr Raku Pottery Jar w/ Lid

Attractive covered bowl by California potter Jon Mehr. The bowl is low, and round with a matching lid. The glaze is very interesting, being reminiscent of the volcanoes that sleep nearby. The surface resembles ancient iron, with red undertones. Size: 4 3/4 inches tall and 7 inches wide. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $30.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Condition:

The lid has has a section that broke off and has been well repaired, being barely visible from the outer side. There is also a small chip on the opposite side, also not visible from the outside. There is also a crack in the body on one side.
