Framed Indian miniature illustration to the Markendeya Purans, Delhi. Durga standing at right and brandishing weapons, her lion attacking a demon in the foreground, the demon army charging up the hillside from left. Blue borders decorated with gold floral vine. Acquired from Eugene Bernald, 1976.
