Condition:Poor/Fair. The bound pages are completely separated from the cover. Cover is fair. The title page, color map, and the first couple pages are heavily taped. After these pages there are 40 illustrated plates of Sacramento that are in quite nice condition, including a really fantastic Birdseye view illustration of the Sacramento brewery.
