Emmy Lou Packard (1914-1998) Linocut ‘Logging in Mendocino’. Unsigned. Lower right printed on linocut ‘Emmy Lou Packard 1962.’ Packard was a visual artist and San Francisco based social activist. After her husband died in 1939 she moved to Mexico to work as Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo’s studio assistant.
