Ca. 1941 WWII era ‘Shock’ game. The advertising label on the game encourages players to “Hear it! See it! Fire it! Put it in action. Instructions detail for the user or player to insert a penny, hold both knobs, and turn the right knob to elevate and fire and then asks “can you do it?” Inside the cannon is a light bulb which likely lights up when the player wins or loses.
