Assorted Lot of Three (3) Knives

An assorted lot of three knives: Bowie style knife with brass pommel and guard resembling those of an 18th-century hunting sword with monkey head pommel. The large flat blade has a scene of a cowboy roping a cow from horseback, and is marked Tramontinox, Brazil. The grips may be rosewood. The sheath is of deer hide, with the hair left on (15.5-inches long overall, with a 10-inch long blade that is 2-inches wide). A classic style bowie knife in a black sheath with snake skin enhancements. The knife is unmarked, but has a typical bowie knife blade with clipped point. The cross guard is brass. The coffin shaped grip is a red wood with brass rivets. The sheath is tooled .black leather with a rosette of red dyed snakeskin surrounded by brass rivet heads. There is a black braided tie down with a red dyed snakeskin rosette on it (15-inches overall with a 9.25-inch long blade). A large Indonesian or Philippine made knife with companion knife mounted on its red leather sheath. The main knife is a cross between a bowie and a golok, with an ebony grip with inlaid white decoration, a thin brass guard and a large blade with a a small gold colored sun and three black lozenges on each side, as well as a stamped number that might be 1997. The smaller companion knife is similar, including the blade decoration, with the number 96 on it. The sheath is thin but stiff red leather with decoration of white metal rivets and line decoration. The blades appear to be salvaged steel (The larger knife is 17.25-inches long overall, with an 11.5-inch blade. The smaller knife is 8.5-inches overall with a 5.25-inch blade).
