3 Ceramic Quanyin Statues, 1 Japanese, 2 Chinese

A very fine Japanese ceramic Quanyin statue, showing her in a blue robe, with a bottle in her right hand, and her left extended in blessing. She stands on a gold colored plinth in the shape of a lotus. The blue robe may signify a connection to the Virgin Mary. The statue is marked Made in Japan on the base. The second Quanyin statue is in white porcelain, with designs in gold on her robes, her hair painted black, and her left hand raised in a blessing. Her base is formed out of flowers and leaves. She is unmarked. The third Quanyin is larger, of white ceramic, with blue decorative designs, holding a small bottle in her left hand, with her right hand raised in blessing. Her robes rise up to cover her head in the back like a mantilla. She is unmarked.. Sizes: The first figure is 16 1/4 inches tall and 4 1/4 inches wide. The second figure is 12 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches wide at the base. The third figure is 22 inches tall and 10 inches wide.

Condition:

Excellent, with some very minor chips from the base of the second figure.
