Condition:Fair. One volume missing spine cover and rear board. One volume has a split spine, bug bites to some page edges, and some water stains to some pages. The 1879 Volume with the Comstock Lode Map is in fair/good condition. The Comstock lode map is Fair/ Good. Presents well, tear near where the map attaches to the book. A couple very small holes on the map.
