19th Century Carved Black Forest Spaniel's Head Mirror & Coatrack

Large diamond shaped blackened oak framed beveled mirror with a 3-dimensional spaniel's head protruding at the top carved in the 19th century. There are 5 brass hanging pegs for coats on the lower two sides. The spaniel has fully separate and handsomely carved ears, and his mouth is slightly open in a smile, with his tongue protruding slightly. The frame is beautifully carved, and the piece is a masterwork of Black Forest craftsmanship. Size: 16 inches on each side, with the dog's head 9 inches long.

About excellent, with a little damage to the dog's collar.
