For the 1990 Academy Awards program, the award for Best Animated Short Subject was presented by means of an animated segment, featuring Bugs Bunny. Bugs used the opportunity to explain the magic of animation, all while delivering classic quips such as "Let's see DeNiro try this!" Here's our furry friend, decked out in his tuxedo, as he begins his presentation. The cel has a gold WB seal on the right.
