1860 Birmingham Sterling Silver Nutmeg Grater by Frederick Marson
Sterling Silver Nutmeg Grater. Hallmarks put the city of manufacture as Birmingham in the year 1860 by Frederick Marson. The grater is 2 1/2" long and 1" tall and weighs 64 grams. Hinged top lid opens to reveal grater (not sterling and shows some rust). Bottom compartment has a separate hinged lid which opens to reveal the grated nutmeg. Hallmarks on reverse of both lids and top lid is monogramed in center. Processing and shipping within the Continental US $30 plus a 1.5% replacement cost insurance fee.
