1802 Birmingham Sterling Silver Nutmeg Grater by Cocks & Bettridge
Sterling Silver Nutmeg Grater. Hallmarks put the city of manufacture as Birmingham in 1802 made by Cocks & Bettridge. Grater stands 1 1/2" tall and weighs 11 grams. Needle point detailing with a floral facade pattern on sides. Bottom lid pops off revealing a grater (not sterling and shows some rust) and ground nutmeg is collected in the urn section where the top lid also pops off. Processing and shipping within the Continental US $30 plus a 1.5% replacement cost insurance fee. Discounts given on combined lot shipping.
