Overview

This prominent collector, who passed away last month became a client of Witherell’s nearly 30 years ago consigning property as they closed businesses and sold real estate. She and her late husband started collecting in 1950 at the age of 24. They built their stately residence in 1968 and then furnished it with treasures they found locally. They never traveled or bought anything outside of the Sacramento area.

This collection is being sold on location and there is no preview. Successful bidders are wholly responsible for removal, packing, pick up and transportation of all lots. After payment is received by credit card or paid in person at Annex Auctions buyers can make an appointment with Andrew Donavan shipping@annexauctions.com to schedule a 30 minute pick up window between August 1-3, from 8:00am to 12:00 pm and 12:30 to 4:00 pm. Appointments are set on a first come first served basis. Please do not bid if you are unable to abide by this schedule. Alternatives are to coordinate with your shipper or make pre approved shipping and storage arrangements with www.packshippros.com. If property is not picked up by end of day on August 3rd it will be moved into storage and the buyer charged $250 moving fee and a $50 a day storage fee. If the invoice is unpaid after 21 days the property will be resold and the buyer will be responsible for any differences.
